User Experience Designer
~Our client is looking for an experienced UX Designer to join a multidisciplinary team—comprising or product owners, program managers, developers, testers, and AI specialists who work on delivering impactful, user-friendly digital solutions that support operations.
As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping intuitive digital experiences by translating user needs into effective interaction models and functional designs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver scalable, long-term solutions.
Gather, analyse, and translate user needs into clear interaction models and features
Design user-friendly web and mobile interfaces using best-practice UX patterns
Plan, conduct, and analyse user testing to continuously improve solutions
Contribute to and evolve existing design systems in a structured way
Deliver high-quality designs aligned with long-term product vision
Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX Designer
Proven experience in responsive design for web and mobile
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX processes and design outcomes
Solid stakeholder management skills
Experience with content-driven design
Basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage
Fluent in Dutch (CEFR C2 level)
Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision or equivalent
Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
