As a functional analyst, you actively contribute to innovative solutions that benefit millions of customers. You'll help us deliver personalized, reliable, compliant, and seamless interaction experiences throughout the customer journey.
Currently, we are looking for several functional analysts in various fields, including:
- Collaborate in the implementation of customer journeys in our web and mobile applications, covering a wide range of banking products (Payments, Credits, Accounts, Investments, ...) and in connection with the our client's backend systems;
- Or: translating business needs for individual or corporate banking applications into actionable solutions;
- Or: facilitate interactions between employees and customers using the latest technologies: APIs,
distributed environment, cloud-based services...
We are open to candidates of all levels of experience (junior, medior, senior); But a strong motivation and

Responsibilities.
As a functional analyst, you are part of a cross-functional Agile team. Together, you design and develop highquality applications to meet the ever-changing needs of customers; A stimulating and varied challenge!
- You define functional needs and propose several feasible solutions, evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of each
- You design the chosen solution in detail in accordance with the architecture plan and share it with your team
- You provide additional clarification and support to developers
- You contribute to the creation and execution of test cases
- You create and maintain clear documentation
- You provide support during the implementation and post-implementation phases
