You will build a modern, AI‑driven ecosystem that drives decision‑making, strengthens operational excellence, and unlocks business value across Patient Supply and Global Supply Chain. You will lead teams, elevate data governance, and ensure the availability of high‑quality, compliant, and trusted data to power a next‑generation supply chain. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liYou will shape and drive the global Data, Analytics AI strategy and multiyear roadmap for Supply Chain. /li liYou will be responsible for governing AI, scaling predictive and prescriptive solutions, and embedding industry best practices. /li liYou will manage data integrity, data quality, KPI frameworks, governance processes, and a single source of truth for Supply Chain. /li liYou will oversee master data management, commercial labelling data operations, reporting services, and analytics delivery. /li liYou will lead cross‑functional collaboration to ensure data and AI solutions create measurable value across the end‑to‑end Supply Chain. /li liYou will develop talent, build capabilities, and foster an insight‑driven, AI‑enabled culture of continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Qualifications and skills /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree; APICS, CAP, or CDMP certification is considered a strong asset. /li liMinimum 10 years of experience in supply chain data and analytics, with deep understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain. /li liExpertise in data governance, data quality, data modelling, KPI frameworks, and analytics or AI/ML implementation. /li liExperience working with enterprise ERP systems and managing master data, labelling data, and reporting operations. /li liStrong leadership, influencing, and storytelling skills, with ability to translate complex topics for diverse audiences. /li liGrowth‑minded, curious, collaborative, and comfortable leading transformation in data‑ and AI‑driven environments. /li /ul pUCB is an equal opportunity employer.
