As we scale, we are looking to professionalize and optimize our internal systems—starting with our ERP.We implemented Odoo internally, but we are now looking for a strong Odoo expert to take ownership, fix structural issues, and build a scalable, efficient system aligned with our business.
Mission
You will take full ownership of our Odoo environment and turn it into a reliable, structured, and scalable ERP backbone .This is not a maintenance role — this is a transformation role .
Key Responsibilities
1. Audit & StabilizationConduct a full audit of our current Odoo setup (modules, workflows, data quality)Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risksDefine and execute a clear remediation plan2. Business Process AlignmentWork closely with leadership and operational teams (recruitment, finance, back-office)Translate business needs into clean, structured Odoo workflowsStandardize processes across the company3. Implementation & OptimizationConfigure and optimize key Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Invoicing, Recruitment, etc.)Eliminate manual work through automationImprove reporting and data reliability4. Data & ReportingClean and structure existing dataBuild dashboards and KPIs for managementEnsure data consistency across modules5. Training & AdoptionTrain internal teams and ensure proper usageCreate documentation and best practicesDrive adoption and accountability6. Scalability & Future SetupPrepare Odoo for company growth (new hires, new markets, new entities)Recommend architecture improvementsPotentially manage integrations with other tools`
Profile
Must-have3–6+ years of experience with Odoo (functional or techno-functional)Proven experience in implementing or fixing Odoo setupsStrong understanding of business processes (sales, finance, operations)Ability to translate business needs into system solutionsHands-on mindset (you execute, not just advise)Nice to haveExperience in services / consulting / recruitment companiesBasic technical knowledge (Python, Odoo Studio, APIs)Experience with multi-entity or international setupsWhat We're Looking For (Critical)We are not looking for:Someone who only configures small featuresA pure developer without business understandingA consultant who produces slides but doesn't executeWe are looking for:A problem-solver who takes ownershipSomeone who can challenge our current setupA person who can go from messy → structured → scalable
