The JobAs a Senior SuccessFactors Consultant, you play a central role in both project delivery and presales activities. You work closely with customers to implement and optimize SAP SuccessFactors solutions, while also supporting new opportunities.Your responsibilities include:Driving end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations, from blueprint and configuration to go-live and post-go-live supportLeading client workshops and demos to define and optimize HR processesTaking ownership of projects with large, international clientsActing as a trusted advisor to HR leaders and bridging business and technical teamsSupporting presales activities, including solution design, demos and presentationsContributing to knowledge sharing and strengthening our SuccessFactors expertise within the team
Your ProfileMust-haves3–5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactorsProven experience with end-to-end SuccessFactors implementationsHands-on experience in one or more modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance or CompensationStrong workshop facilitation and client-facing skillsFluency in English and DutchNice-to-havesExperience with large-scale or international SAP projectsPrevious involvement in presales activities such as demos or solution presentationsSuccessFactors certificationsMindset & soft skillsCustomer-oriented consultant who builds trust with stakeholdersStructured and pragmatic in tackling complex implementationsComfortable acting as a bridge between HR business and technical teamsCollaborative team player who enjoys knowledge sharingProactive and solution-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
