Responsibilities
:
1. You are the point of contact for the employees at our site in Antwerp throughout their entire employee life cycle. You will as well support our HR activities in Wingles, France.
2. You support and advise management in developing strategic and operational solutions to prepare the entire organization for our future challenges.
3. You guide and advise on HR policies, HR processes as well as local labor law. You support and implement organizational changes.
4. You work closely with two HR BP colleagues in Antwerp and one in France, as well as with the EMEA HR BP team, expert groups, including Recruitment, Talent Management and HR Shared Services.
Your Skills and Knowledge:
5. You have a bachelor's or master's degree in HR, business administration or economics, and approximately 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the chemical industry or a production environment.
6. You have a thorough understanding of Belgium labor law. Experience in working with Belgium unions is a plus.
7. You are a team player with strong social skills. Experience in change management, talent management, training & development or data analytics is a bonus.
8. You can effectively operate and communicate within a complex organizational structure at all levels.
9. You have proficiency in French, English and willingness for business travel, especially to Wingles in France.
