In order to take advantage of this huge opportunity and to optimize the presentation of our products and services, the Marketing department is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist. You’ll define and drive the digital acquisition and growth strategy across owned media (portal/social media/app/..) You’ll play a key role in identifying growth opportunities and turning data insights into measurable improvements in acquisition, conversion and retention. Optimising the marketing presentation and conversion of the portal Monitoring digital performance, analysing results and translating insights into optimisation opportunities. Define and execute experimentation and A/B testing initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Editorial, BT, Marketing) and manage external agencies and partners. You will work in a team of 6 colleagues and will be reporting to the Marketing Team Lead. Bachelor in Marketing, communications (or equivalent by experience) A minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles, ideally within subscription, media or digital product environments. Strong expertise in digital acquisition, analytics and performance marketing, with proven experience in several of the following areas: Analytics tools, SEO & SEA, Social Media platforms, Conversion rate optimization, Traffic, Acquisition, Sitecore, HTML Experience working with CMS platforms and collaborating with editorial and technical teams. Experience working with analytics platforms and dashboards, with the ability to translate data insights into concrete marketing optimisations. A good command of English; a basic knowledge of Dutch and French (minimum A2-level).
