Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in ASIC development ? We are looking for an ASIC NPI Project Manager to lead a complex back-end New Product Introduction (NPI) project covering package design, assembly, test, and qualification activities.
Your Responsibilities
* Define and manage the overall project schedule
* Monitor and control supplier costs
* Define and manage project scope
* Coordinate ASIC back-end activities across design, assembly, test, and qualification
Required Experience
* Proven project management experience
* Experience with ASIC test development
* Knowledge of ASIC qualification flows
