THE JOB
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Account Director to join our EUPA (European Public Affairs) division in Brussels. This strategic position places you at the heart of our intermediate management, with a key responsibility in leading assignments and growing our business.
The working languages are English and French.
As an Account Director, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of several consulting assignments. Your role will be crucial in guaranteeing the excellence of our services and the loyalty of our clients.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Be
* Strategic Steering: Define, implement, and update our clients' influence strategies with European institutions.
* Supervision and Quality: Oversee the production of high-quality public affairs deliverables and supervise a team of consultants. You will actively ensure their skill development and the achievement of objectives.
* Transnational Collaboration: You will be required to work in close collaboration with your counterparts and the teams based in Paris, ensuring the coherence and effectiveness of strategies deployed across the Group.
* Client Management and Retention: You are the guarantor of the management and retention of a portfolio of European clients. You maintain a relationship of trust, ensure the relevance of recommendations, and guarantee the respect of our contractual commitments.
* Commercial Development: Actively contribute to the expansion of the EUPA division (drafting proposals, participation in calls for tender).
THE PERSON
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in EU public affairs, ideally at least some of it in consultancy.
Team spirit, dynamism, and a sense of collective are essential for success in this role. Excellent writing and interpersonal skills, and solid expertise in client management and loyalty.
You are perfectly fluent in French and English (mastery of a third language is a plus). You have solid knowledge of the Brussels institutional ecosystem and European regulatory issues (digital, energy, transport, health, etc.). You demonstrate solid expertise in client management and loyalty. You possess strong writing skills and impeccable spelling. You have a strong ability to manage several projects in parallel with rigor, autonomy, and a keen sense of priorities.
