What We’re Looking For
We are product-obsessed. Technical execution is only part of it: the design, look and feel, and ease of use must be equally good. You will help uphold that standard across everything we ship.
✔️ +2 years of relevant design experience, ideally in B2B/B2C SaaS, enterprise software or within a digital product agency
✔️ Able to sketch and rapidly prototype, collaborating with teams to visualize end-to-end UX journeys and facilitate cross-functional UX discussions.
✔️ Solid hands-on experience with product design tools like Figma
✔️ Experience with research and feedback tools such as Dovetail, Maze, Hotjar, or similar platforms are a plus or willingness to learn
✔️ You have the ability and personality to successfully work in a high-pace, rapidly-changing environment. You're resilient and can deal with ambiguity
What You’ll Do
✔️ Design sleek, easy-to-use UI that scales and looks good enough for the marketing team to feature on the website and in marketing materials.
✔️Turn complex requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
✔️ Use user feedback and product data to continuously improve usability and visual quality.
✔️ Work closely with the frontend, product and the founders to deliver the best customer experience.
