Job Description
* Advising and drafting of project documents (EPC / MTC), negotiating and advising on risk assessments and risk allocation in the context of PPP / DBFM(O) projects;
* Provide legal support on construction law and public-private partnerships, including contract negotiation.
* Draft, review, and negotiate documents across multiple legal domains (GDPR, insurance, public markets, IT, labour law).
* Strengthen internal legal networks by identifying synergies and setting up collaborative processes.
* Shape and implement legal risk management strategies.
* Engage in cross-functional working groups and legal networks.
The Successful Applicant
* Belgian Master's degree in Law.
* Minimum 8 years of experience in Public Procurement or Construction sector
* Expertise in EPC Contracts and PPP's
* Interest in exploring various legal fields (Commercial, GDPR, labour law, etc.).
* Strong negotiation, communication, and dispute resolution skills.
* Business-oriented, pragmatic, and autonomous with a collaborative mindset.
* Fluent in French or Dutch but good knowledge of the other national language.
