Health Information Systems
* The Senior Regional Pre-Sales Manager will play a critical role in supporting business development and sales efforts with product and solution-oriented activities.
* In this role you will provide technical bid support, conduct solution demonstrations for clients, evaluate client solution and infrastructure, and manage product expertise topics.
* The ideal candidate has a strong technical acumen and deep understanding of healthcare solutions in order to drive successful sales outcomes and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain deep knowledge of Softway Medical Groups healthcare solutions and product offerings.
* Support sales managers with technical expertise during client engagements.
* Prepare and conduct detailed product and solution demonstrations to showcase capabilities to clients.
* Provide technical consultation and answer client product queries.
* Assess client needs and existing set‑up to ensure compatibility with proposed solutions.
* Collaborate with sales, product and cross‑functional teams to gather necessary technical information. Feed local and group product managers with new client requirements.
* Lead the technical aspects of bid proposals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Evaluate and select partners to enhance bid competitiveness.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience in pre‑sales or technical sales support of minimum 8 years, preferably within the healthcare industry.
* Good understanding of the healthcare IT industry and its challenges.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and technical consultation skills.
* Ability to work independently in the given territory but also to collaborate with other colleagues in Belgium and France.
* Proficiency in Dutch, good command of French.
