IT Risk Management Specialist
This role involves the successful end-to-end delivery of multiple engagements, motivating teams, and coaching people. You will be part of our executive team, providing guidance, sharing knowledge, and managing team members while participating in solving complex IT risk management and transformation questions. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in economics, computer science, computer engineering, or cybersecurity, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, project management/service delivery, operational/IT risk management, or consulting. Expertise in areas such as IT risk management/transformation, IT governance, operational resilience, third-party risk management, GRC tooling, data risk, and specific regulations applicable to the relevant financial sector is a plus. Professional certifications like CGEIT, CISA, CISM, CISSP, COBIT, CRISC, and ITIL are also desirable. A flexible mindset, creative approach, analytical skills, excellent communication, and presentation skills are essential for success in this role.
The selected individual will be responsible for reviewing the setup of complex systems and technology governance frameworks in line with industry-leading practices. They will develop strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and assist in further developing our technology risk competencies around IT risk transformation and/or operational resilience. Additionally, they will assist in developing 'Go To Market' strategies. A native Dutch or French speaker with an excellent knowledge of business English is required.
