:
1. Develop strong, consultative relationships with customers and channel partners within the assigned territory, focusing on customer happiness, revenue and margin growth.
2. Coordinate the entire sales process for assigned accounts and products.
3. Develop a deep technical knowledge of assigned products within the portfolio of responsibility, as well as strong solid understanding of the features and benefits of competition’s products.
4. Champion use of SalesForce (CRM) for accurate territory management
5. Responsible to achieve or exceed the sales plan by maintaining existing business and developing new relationships.
6. Ensure local/country business requirement are met whilst also aligning with business unit goals and objectives.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
7. Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Life Sciences. PhD would be a plus.
8. Proficient in English written and oral, additional languages preferable.
9. Previous laboratory experience preferred.
10. Previous sales/tele sales experience preferred.
11. General knowledge of product portfolio

Travel Requirements
