Responsibilities:
* Definition of the search strategy and initial identification of potential companies and candidates.
* Direct search and resourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter).
* Candidates evaluation.
* Longlist presentation.
* Shortlist presentation.
* Other potential mapping roles mandates.
* Collaborate, as a team, with internal partners, in the alignment of each project.
* Formatting documents according to the house style.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Executive Search, recruitment, talent acquisition.
* Independent professional.
* LinkedIn Recruiter, professional level.
* High quality client service oriented person, with exceptional organizational and detail orientated skills.
* Ability to work autonomously, with a genuine sense of integrity, solid work ethic and an open mind.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work remotely and effectively managing your own schedule.
* Fluent Spanish and English.
* Previous remote work experience.
