Experience in regulated, mission-critical environments is considered a strong advantage. /li liDemonstrated expertise in delivery governance, operating model design, resource and capacity planning, and operational performance management. /li liTrack record of building, scaling, or transforming delivery and services organisations, while maintaining execution quality in live customer environments. /li liExperience developing and managing partner ecosystems, systems integrators, or other external delivery models at scale. /li liFluent in English; Dutch is preferred.
