Overview
We are seeking a Mid‑Career Safety and Airworthiness Support Analyst to join our Safety and Airworthiness team in Brazil. This role administratively supports safety and certification initiatives leveraging Boeing ODA’s, following our Boeing Procedures Manual (BPM), and interfacing with a wide network of design engineering teams, support organizations, Cert Plan Owners, Engineering Unit Members, Safety and Airworthiness focal points, and the Enterprise Regulatory Administration & Airworthiness (RA&A).
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, support, and manage the appointment and expansion processes of E‑UMs and ensure their understanding of their roles as an ODA Unit Member in the certification value stream.
* Interfacing and coordinating with multiple organizations and business units, BCA, BDS, BGS, Cert Leaders, groups within RA&A, and the FAA.
* Lead organizing, supporting, enhancing, and facilitating execution of safety, regulatory, and airworthiness activities, processes, and tools.
* Lead monitoring, tracking, and facilitating integration for safety, certification and regulatory processes and activities.
* Lead compiling, retrieving, and summarizing materials and data for technical briefings, reviews, and correspondence.
* Identify opportunities for improvement to safety and regulatory activities, processes, and tools.
Basic Qualifications
* Existing rights to work in Brazil.
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Business Administration, or Engineering.
* Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Experience in project management.
* Experience in end‑to‑end process management and stakeholder integration.
Preferred Qualifications
* MBA in Project Management.
* Experience in aerospace and aerospace interiors.
* Professional who values integrity, safety, and accountability; collaborative, transparent, and respects diverse perspectives.
* Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and critical thinking.
* Ability to use a variety of media to convey information to diverse audiences.
* Demonstrated interest in continuous personal learning and development.
Location & Travel
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. Relocation assistance is not provided; candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense. No visa sponsorship will be offered. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.
