Do you have a passion for IT? As a HelpDesk Agent, you are the first point of contact for our internal customers (stores and warehouses) for all their IT questions. You solve problems, contribute ideas for improvements, and help create an optimal IT environment.
As a HelpDesk Agent, your mission is to provide fast and effective IT support to our internal customers. You are the face of the IT department and ensure that employees can perform their work undisturbed. With your customer-focused and solution-oriented approach, you ensure satisfied users and an efficient IT environment.
Junior/medior/senior profile with IT background (ICT, application management or similar)
Basic IT knowledge of hardware, software, and networks. Familiarity with common operating systems and applications (such as Google Mail and SAP).
Excellent communication skills in French and Dutch.
A full-time contract of 39 hours per week.
Starting with a 3-month contract with the prospect of a permanent contract after evaluation.
