As a HelpDesk Agent, your mission is to provide fast and effective IT support to our internal customers. You are the face of the IT department and ensure that employees can perform their work undisturbed. With your customer-focused and solution-oriented approach, you ensure satisfied users and an efficient IT environment.
Junior/medior/senior profile with IT background (ICT, application management or similar)Basic IT knowledge of hardware, software, and networks. Familiarity with common operating systems and applications (such as Google Mail and SAP).Excellent communication skills in French and Dutch.A full-time contract of 39 hours per week.A 3-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of a permanent contract upon positive evaluationAttractive surcharges for weekend servicesThe opportunity to further develop yourself within the IT department.
