🚨 We’re Hiring: Data Center Facilities Engineer – Ternat (Brussels)

In this role, you’ll work closely with operations teams to ensure data centers run efficiently, reliably, and without interruption. If you enjoy tackling complex infrastructure challenges and making a real impact, this could be the opportunity for you.

Unlike traditional data center environments where roles are rigidly defined, we take an integrated, team-first approach. Everyone contributes to maintaining uptime—whether that’s performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting live issues, or optimizing systems in real time. You’ll take ownership, collaborate closely with your team, and play a key role in supporting 24/7 operations.

• Enjoy working in a small, collaborative team (4–6 engineers)

• Want hands-on exposure to a wide range of systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, controls)

• Thrive in real-time troubleshooting and problem-solving

• Are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

• Are uncomfortable responding to incidents outside standard hours

• Struggle to adapt quickly to new systems and processes


🛠️ What you’ll be doing:

• Monitoring and maintaining critical data center infrastructure

• Performing preventative maintenance and inspections

• Responding to alarms, incidents, and client requests

• Troubleshooting and improving operational performance

• Supporting documentation and operational procedures


🎯 What you’ll bring:

• Mechanical or Electrical qualification

• Interest in maintaining critical mechanical/electrical systems

• Experience in critical facilities, aviation, or energy (a plus)

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (days/nights/weekends)

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
