Context
We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Segment & Go-to-Market Manager within our Private Banking division. Reporting to the Head of Client Segments and Go-to-Market, you will play a pivotal role in defining client-centric strategies and leading the end-to-end implementation of go-to-market initiatives supporting acquisition, servicing and delivery of sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate is a strategic commercial thinker and strong communicator, with proven ability to influence stakeholders, manage complex projects, and translate business objectives into impactful commercial programs.

Your position

* Define the strategic approach to client segments:
* Shape and articulate value propositions for assigned client segments, including products, services, tools, engagement and communication frameworks ensuring consistent service and experience across channels and across the journey.
* Align segment strategies with overall business objectives, growth and revenue targets
* Analyze client behaviours, trends (including digital) and competitive dynamics to identify short and long term growth opportunities.
* Drive go-to-market planning and implementation:
* Lead go-to-market initiatives, planning and implementation for new products, tools, and services, shaping the client journey end-to-end
* Design commercial calendars and activation plans to support the delivery of our value proposition, acquisition and retention approaches
* Collaborate and steer for continuous improvement:
* Partner with private banking teams, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
* Provide guidance, tools, and support best practices
* Monitor, analyze, and report on performance against KPIs, incorporating feedback from clients and stakeholders.
* Optimize strategies and results. Collaborate on enhancements to offerings, processes, and service delivery.

Your profile

* A degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
* 5-7 years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, and/or Product Management roles within the banking or financial services industries.
* Proven experience in developing and executing customer segmentation strategies and value propositions, involving cross-organizational coordination and project management.
* Fluency in French, Dutch and English
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
