Your role will involve:
As a Manager within Europe Wayfinders, you will be at the forefront of a dynamic growth journey during Wayfinders’ foundational phase – translating strategic ambition into tangible impact.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the development of the Benelux Wayfinders practice and delivering transformative outcomes for our clients.
You will lead high-impact engagements as a billable consultant, guiding teams to deliver exceptional results while building trusted relationships with our clients. You will combine hands-on delivery with strategic thinking, ensuring delivery excellence across every engagement whilst contributing to business development activities that expand our market presence and impact.
You will work closely with colleagues across disciplines to share insights, drive innovation, and contribute to the development of go-to-market offerings in areas such as IT Value Transformation and Data & AI.

As a Manager, you will be responsible for:
Practice development
Contributing to the development of consulting methodologies, frameworks, and accelerators.
Capturing and sharing lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
Supporting research on emerging trends, tools, and best practices.
Mentoring consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high-performance.
Business Development
Drafting significant portions of proposals and client presentations.
Identifying follow-on opportunities within key accounts.
Supporting the execution of marketing initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
Client delivery
Leading the delivery of small consulting projects or a major workstream within complex, multi-disciplinary technology engagements.
Owning the development of client deliverables, ensuring structured, high-quality outputs aligned with client expectations.
Managing day-to-day project activities, including planning, risk management, and progress reporting.
Building relationships with client stakeholders and managing multiple priorities effectively.
Your transferable skills and experience:
Experience at Manager level in a tier-one consultancy or equivalent role in a technology advisory practice within a tier-one Services or Solutions company.
Proven ability to manage consulting workstreams or small-scale engagements, including responsibility for delivery quality, team coordination and client satisfaction.
Sector expertise in the automotive or manufacturing sector
Applied domain knowledge in areas such as IT Value Transformation or Data & AI, evidenced by contribution to value cases in one or more of these areas.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience of building trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
Experience leading in cross-functional teams and complex environments.
A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and driving measurable business impact.
