You will: - Lead, coach and develop your co-workers - Empower and coach your co-workers through knowledge, trust and motivation so they are armed to support customers and reach the selling goals in the best way possible. You will do this by monitoring and giving feedback on their sales methods, selling goals, productivity and quality both on an individual level and on a team level. - Support in creating an inspiring and motivating work environment and atmosphere where co-workers have access to the information they need - Build a committed team with a strong culture based on customer focus, high performance and pride in their work - Coach co-workers in their daily efforts to improve their skills, according to what you agreed on in their development plans - Be involved in the hiring procedure of new co-workers - Monitor and secure a follow-up to make sure your team respects the work ethic in compliance with the internal regulations and legislation including consumer protection, risk, environment, health and safety - Give feedback to our staffplanning department and our business analyst to secure the right need of co-workers and secure a high quality of customer contacts within your department.
