Responsibilities
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder CTO/Tech Lead with work-from-home flexibility. As the Co-Founder CTO/Tech Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading the technology strategy and vision of the company, overseeing the development and implementation of our AI-powered QR platform, and leading the future tech team. You will drive product innovation, and ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of our technology infrastructure. You will also play a key role in developing strategic partnerships as our solution can be integrated into AdTech /media platforms.
Who you are
* Full-stack software developer (bonus: experience with AI tools & APIs)
* Familiar with adtech, martech, or media platforms
* Strategic thinker with product instincts
* Bonus: A network in advertising/media, especially in OOH or TV
* In-depth knowledge of AI technologies and SaaS platforms
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* Experience in startup environments or fast-growing tech companies is a plus
