What You’ll Do
* Drive pipeline growth across LATAM as a Marketing Specialist.
* Own campaign planning and execution, working closely with sales to ensure marketing efforts translate into measurable revenue impact.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
* Define priority industries, buyer personas, and target accounts across LATAM.
* Build and execute integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, events, webinars, etc.).
* Select the right channel mix based on performance insights and ROI.
* Set clear objectives, KPIs, and targeting strategies for each campaign.
Localization & Messaging
* Adapt global messaging to resonate with LATAM audiences (beyond translation).
* Partner with regional sales teams to reflect local market needs and buying drivers.
* Ensure messaging is relevant, differentiated, and drives engagement.
Pipeline Ownership & Performance
* Own marketing contribution to pipeline growth (MQL→SAL→opportunity).
* Track lead quality, conversion rates, and funnel performance.
* Identify and prioritize the highest-impact growth opportunities.
Sales Partnership
* Collaborate with sales on account targeting and campaign follow‑up.
* Establish feedback loops to continuously improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
* Align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and business priorities.
Optimization & Insights
* Analyze campaign performance and reallocate budget to top‑performing tactics.
* Continuously test and refine targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
* Share actionable insights with stakeholders to guide decision‑making.
What You’ll Bring
* Must‑Have Qualifications
* 2–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or regional marketing.
* Experience supporting or managing marketing programs in LATAM markets.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Experience working cross‑functionally with sales or commercial teams.
* Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
* Nice‑to‑Have
* Experience in industrial, safety, or technology‑driven industries.
* Exposure to account‑based marketing (ABM) strategies.
* Experience managing multi‑country campaigns in Latin America.
