A leading global organisation in the materials and technology sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the implementation of a new Core HR system (SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central). This is not a full SAP SuccessFactors implementation—only the Core HR module is in scope.
Coordinate international project teams (primarily EU timezone)
Manage stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT/IS, and Business Units
Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and risk management
Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical teams
Support change management activities related to HR process evolution
