We are currently seeking a Data & AI Transformation Manager to strengthen our Digital & AI transformation department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and improvement by leveraging data and artificial intelligence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, customer insights, strategy, and management consultancy, digital transformation, or technology. They will be responsible for defining and implementing the Data/AI strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a clear vision for the Data/AI strategy
* Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration within the department and with other departments
* Lead and manage a high-performing team of professionals who are responsible for driving data and AI transformation initiatives
* Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities for team members
* Maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, including executive leadership, managers, and employees
* Communicate effectively with various audiences, articulate ideas, goals, and feedback clearly
* Set long-term vision and align team efforts with organisational goals
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of management experience
* At least 10 years of proven experience in one of these sectors: analytics, customer insights, strategy and management consultancy, digital transformation, technology
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
* Ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner
* Proven track record of success in managing and developing high-performing teams
