Sharepoint Administrator
About the Role
This is a pivotal position for an experienced Sharepoint Administrator to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Sharepoint 2016/2019 forms.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and maintain high-performance Sharepoint 2016/2019 farms.
* Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades of Sharepoint environments and related components.
* Ensure optimal integration of Windows Server environments with Sharepoint.
* Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, configuration management, and troubleshooting.
* Implement best practices for security and compliance in Sharepoint environments.
* Troubleshoot and resolve performance, connectivity, and access issues related to Sharepoint.
* Provide technical support, documentation, and training to end-users and stakeholders.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft best practices, patches, and updates to ensure system stability and security.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or secondary school degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
* Proven experience in designing, installing, and maintaining Sharepoint 2016/2019 farms.
* Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) administration and maintenance.
* Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration tasks.
* Familiarity with network security, authentication mechanisms, and security protocols.
* Experience with Sharepoint site collection administration, user permissions, and content management.
* Understanding of SQL Server administration related to Sharepoint databases.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French is an advantage.
