PROFILE
Senior Cloud, Data & AI Systems Architect
Senior / Expert profile responsible for the architecture and implementation of secure, scalable and interoperable IT solutions in complex, multi-cloud and data-intensive environments.
TASKS
The external service provider shall:
* Design and implement secure, scalable and interoperable IT architectures based on recognised standards and design patterns.
* Architect vendor-neutral cloud and data platforms supporting AI and machine learning workloads.
* Define and implement end-to-end MLOps and CI/CD pipelines, including infrastructure-as-code.
* Design and enforce security architectures in compliance with risk management and data protection requirements.
* Monitor and optimise system performance, scalability and resilience.
* Ensure system integration and interoperability, including API design.
* Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams.
* Produce and maintain technical documentation.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* EQF Level 6 or higher in a relevant IT field.
Minimum professional experience:
* Master’s degree + at least 8 years
* OR
* Bachelor’s degree + at least 13 years
Relevant experience in cloud architecture, DevOps/MLOps, data platforms and IT security is required.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
* Cloud and container platforms: Docker, Kubernetes
* Hybrid and multi-cloud architectures
* Infrastructure-as-code and configuration management (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
* Databases and data streaming (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis)
* CI/CD and version control (Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
* Monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana)
* Secure architecture design and vulnerability management (OWASP, SonarQube)
* Familiarity with AI-powered coding tools
NON-TECHNICAL SKILLS
* Strong analytical and organisational skills
* Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail and quality documentation
* English C1
* High level of discretion and integrity
