About Our Client
For one of our clients, a prestigious international group active in the beauty sector, we are looking for an
autonomous, detail-oriented and enthusiastic Payroll Manager
to oversee payroll operations for the Belgian and Dutch entities.
Job Description
* Manage the entire payroll process for Belgium and the Netherlands (data entry, checks, declarations, closing).
* Use SAP and SD Worx payroll software to process payroll data and generate reports.
* Oversee employee benefits administration (meal vouchers, hospitalization insurance, medical files - Medexel, ARBO, etc.).
* Handle HR administration: employee records, absence & leave management, and compliance with labor regulations.
* Contribute to cross-functional HR projects in coordination with group-level HR.
* Act as a trusted point of contact for employees in both Belgium and the Netherlands.
* Ensure appropriate strategies and resources are in place to support the full employee lifecycle, from attraction to offboarding.
* Further develop the employer branding strategy to enhance talent retention and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement.
* Provide strategic HR advice to the Management Team and employees regarding employee relations, benefits, policies, best practices, etc.
* Ensure improvements to processes to better support business operations
* Maintain and continuously improve process documentation
* Prepare for and support internal and external payroll audits
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in payroll (BE & NL) and general HR operations.
* Solid command of SD Worx payroll tools.
* Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (essential given the cross-border context).
* Strong knowledge of labor law in Belgium and the Netherlands.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Excellent communication skills and ease working with international teams.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
