Following tasks will be performed by the external service provider:
* Analysis of Business requirements.
* Documentation of Business requirements.
* Business model analysis.
* Business process analysis.
* Business processes modelling.
* Functional requirements and business cases analysis.
* Risk analysis.
* Assistance in Business cases, Vision.
* Assist in the enforcement of project deadlines, schedules, and methodologies.
* Contribute to and review the project deliverables.
* Participation in meetings with the project teams.

* Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
* Analysis and problem-solving skills
* Ability to participate in technical meetings and good communication skills
* Ability to analyze and draft complex documents

Specific Expertise:
* Experience of Agile methodology of projects
* Experience in analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.)
* Good knowledge of information systems matters
* Good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes
* Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value
* Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites
* Experience with dealing with stakeholders and business representatives
* Experience of working on large and complex IT projects
* Knowledge of semantic interoperability
