It’s a chance to influence how a global organization invests in its future—responsibly, sustainably, and insightfully. Where Your Journey Begins You’ll be part of a business that thrives on precision—but never loses sight of purpose. Your insights will power smarter strategies, stronger governance, and sustainable growth across Europe and beyond. What you’ll lead and support: Build the Financial Story Drive the development of business cases that move us forward—from feasibility to final sign-off. Strengthen Our Foundation Help improve financial policies, protocols, and compliance frameworks across the company. Be a Trusted Partner Resolve internal and external queries with clarity, fairness, and a deep understanding of both policy and context. Keep Growing Stay up-to-date on financial regulations, technology tools, and best practices—while also investing in your personal and professional growth. What You Bring to the Table A deep understanding of controlling, budgeting, financial policy, and analysis. Proven skills in business case development, financial modelling, and economic research. Familiarity with ERP systems and data tools (you’re comfortable with structure, but agile with change). 7–12 months of relevant experience and a background in short-cycle tertiary education. Some experience coordinating others (4–6 months)—you know how to guide without micromanaging. Curiosity, clarity, and commitment. Dutch on a professional level. Why This Role Matters Now Yokogawa’s future depends on bold innovation—but that innovation needs to be underpinned by sound financial strategy, tight governance, and forward-looking control. You’ll be at the heart of that balance. We’re not just hiring a controller. We’re hiring a co-creator of our financial future.
