Position Overview
As a French-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, and/or chat. Youll be responsible for resolving inquiries, handling requests efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Work From Home (WAH) Information
* If relocating: Work From Home setup will be based in Athens
* If already in Greece: Work From Home is possible anywhere in Greece

Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, or chat
* Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards
* Document interactions accurately in internal systems
* Follow company guidelines and quality standards
* Ensure customer satisfaction and positive brand representation
Requirements
* Fluent French (C1 level or higher)
* Good English skills (B2 or higher)
* EU citizenship or valid EU work authorization
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Basic computer skills
