JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to the Creative content (Imagery), Marketing and Merchandising Operations team. As the Brand operations Intern, you’ll play a central coordination role — supporting daily logistics for product photography while also playing a key role in marketing reporting, calendar coordination, sell-in tools and overall process improvements. This internship offers broad exposure to how digital content, marketing data, and global planning intersect while working with iconic Levi’s® products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Imagery Coordination & Logistics (Creative Studio Support)

1. Verify stock availability for products needing imagery and ensure timely shipping of correct samples to the studio.
2. Track physical samples (incoming/outgoing) and flag missing items; ensure regular status updates are shared with the Global Creative Studio.
3. Update internal tools and trackers to reflect accurate shoot readiness status.

2. Marketing Reporting & Operations (Marketing Team Support)

4. Maintain and update KPI dashboards and assist in collecting data for monthly / Seasonal performance reports.
5. Support the creation of reporting decks and visual summaries for internal marketing reviews.
6. Build and enhance templates, trackers, and documentation to improve process efficiency.
7. Help consolidate stakeholder inputs for our monthly newsletter.

3. Merchandising Operations Support

8. Support day-to-day merchandising tasks, including data entry, system updates, and reporting
9. Assist in seasonal assorting processes
10. Ensure database accuracy and support the maintenance and testing of sell-in tools
11. Contribute to milestone meeting coordination and calendar management

3. GTM Tool & Calendar Management

12. Input and manage accurate product and campaign data in the Go-To-Market (GTM) tool, supporting both Merchandising and Marketing planning
13. Assist in maintaining and improving cross-functional calendars, identifying bottlenecks and ensuring timelines align with GTM milestones
14. Collaborate with teams to ensure calendar accuracy and smooth coordination between functions

Who You Are

20. Proactive, self-organized, and able to work independently with a strong attention to detail
21. Analytical and curious — eager to learn and improve processes
22. Demonstrates passion for the apparel/accessories industry, especially product knowledge (e.g., denim culture, fit, fabric, finish)
23. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) familiarity with marketing tools is a plus
24. Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite and basic graphic design tasks
25. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable collaborating across teams
26. Strong time management and organizational skills, able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
27. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
