Customer Service Representative

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team as a Customer Service Consultant. As a key member of the internal sales department, you will be the direct contact for all customer enquiries in the sales process for the BeNeLux region.

* In this role, you will collaborate closely with the field sales team to provide customer inspiration, acquire new customers, and manage long-term customer relationships.
">
* You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries professionally and efficiently, including product consultation, order processing, complaints management, and customer data management.
">
* In project sales, you will research projects, calculate quotations, and support the implementation of construction projects.
">
* You will maintain accurate and up-to-date data in IT systems (CRM/SAP) to document customer information.
">

Your Expertise is Highly Valued

">
* You possess commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications.
">
* With professional experience in customer service, ideally in a manufacturing company, and a strong technical understanding, you will excel in this role.
">
* You are a sociable, empathetic, and solution-focused individual with excellent communication skills.
">
* You possess fluency in Dutch/Flemish and good French skills, with English being a must; we also support further language training if needed.
">
* You have experience working with MS Office, SAP (or similar), and CRM systems.
">
* Your profile is complemented by a high level of service orientation, a hands-on mentality, and a structured and independent way of working.
