We're now looking for two Managing Advisors to take ownership of existing markets and scale them.
You step into an established market with an existing client base and take full ownership of its growth. You redevelop relationships, expand the network and build the team around you.Take over and actively redevelop an existing client portfolioIdentify growth opportunities and reactivate dormant accountsRun senior-level recruitment mandates end-to-end: briefing, sourcing, presenting, closingExpand the candidate network and build strategic talent pipelinesManage and mentor junior consultants within your teamContribute to Sander's positioning as a go-to recruitment partner in Brussels
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, agency-sideProven track record in business development and client relationship managementLeadership experience or strong appetite to manage a teamBilingual French & English (mandatory), Dutch is a plusBachelor's degree minimumEntrepreneurial, driven and comfortable taking ownership from day one
