We are looking a Process Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is key to driving innovation and excellence in process development through customer-driven initiatives and strategic internal projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer feasibility studies and ensure accurate execution of testing activities.
* Deliver technical training to customers (approx. 20%), focusing on steam sterilization, proprietary technologies, and machine operations.
* Support customers in development activities and process optimization.
* Lead R&D projects involving innovative processes and primary packaging solutions.
* Foster expertise and build collaborative networks with customer suppliers in microbiology, packaging, and core technologies.
* Serve as the company’s reference point for process validation.
Main Activities
* Interface with customers to analyze and define testing protocols.
* Conduct sterilization, decontamination, and depyrogenation trials.
* Provide internal and external training sessions.
* Manage projects within the Technology Center.
* Act as project leader for technology application initiatives on catalog machines or new developments when required.

The ideal candidate must possess the following characteristics:
Experience:
* 2–3 years in pharmaceutical companies or B2B service providers for the Pharma and Medical Device sectors.
Education:
* Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology (CTF), Chemistry, Microbiology, or Biochemistry.
* Master’s degree in pharmaceutical technologies or equivalent specialization is preferred.
Technical Knowledge:
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Familiarity with sterile injectable products and Pharma GMP standards.
* Understanding of washing, sterilization, and depyrogenation processes.
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
