We are looking for an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead ICT initiatives supporting production and manufacturing automation. You will manage end-to-end delivery of projects within a cleanroom automation program, including implementation of an equipment integration platform (Systema) and the development of custom software components that integrate with the broader manufacturing landscape.
Around 80% of the role focuses on automation and integration projects, while 20% involves coordinating infrastructure-related requests handled by the ICT infrastructure team.
You will ensure projects are delivered according to scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards, while coordinating technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Delivery
* Develop and maintain project plans covering deliverables, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and testing strategies.
* Ensure delivery according to defined project governance, methodology, and quality standards.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams involved in infrastructure setup and hardware integration.
* Ensure proper testing and validation before go-live.
Infrastructure & Technical Coordination
* Oversee setup and configuration of ICT environments supporting automation solutions.
* Ensure implementation of monitoring and performance management solutions.
* Coordinate installation and configuration of cleanroom automation components.
* Identify and mitigate development, infrastructure, and integration risks and coordinate troubleshooting during implementation.
Governance & Operations
* Manage access rights setup and ensure alignment with IT security policies.
* Define the operational support model, including roles, responsibilities, SLAs, and escalation paths.
* Organize training, documentation, and knowledge transfer for operational teams.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
* Establish project governance, including project team meetings and steering committees.
* Present key decisions, impacts, and risks to leadership stakeholders.
* Provide regular updates on progress, budget, and issues.
Transition to Operations
* Ensure operational readiness and knowledge transfer before project closure.
* Support post-go-live stabilization and transition to support teams.
* Act as the primary ICT contact for equipment and automation teams.
Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience
* Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in ICT infrastructure, hardware integration, or industrial technology projects.
* Strong background in project and change management.
* Solid understanding of IT infrastructure environments (monitoring, access management, environments).
* Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile.
