Cyber Security Implementer – Brussels (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking an experienced Cyber Security Implementer to join a high‑profile public sector environment based in Brussels. This is a long‑term opportunity for a senior professional with deep expertise in modern security tooling, container platforms, and automation.
Location & Contract
Brussels (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Duration: 3 years
Rate: €750/day
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, test, and maintain cyber‑security solutions
* Integrate and operate security services across infrastructure environments
* Securely configure systems, services, and applications
* Monitor performance and effectiveness of security controls
* Support users and stakeholders on security‑related topics
* Perform patch management and vulnerability remediation
* Collaborate closely with IT teams on security initiatives
* Document, report, and communicate all security activities
Required Experience & Skills
* Minimum 12 years of overall experience and a Bachelor’s degree
* At least 3+ years hands‑on experience with container‑based security tooling
* Strong experience with Docker, Swarm, and/or Kubernetes
* Proven knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/GitHub), including secure release processes
* Solid scripting ability (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
* Experience building automation workflows using no‑code/low‑code tools (e.g., Tines, n8n, Zapier)
