JOB TITLE: Service Desk

DURATION: 6 months with possible extension

Experience Requirements
* Hands-on experience in first-line care of technical problems.
* Proficiency in registering and resolving incidents, including the ability to use a ticketing system effectively.
* Familiarity with mobile devices.
* Proven experience with Windows print management.
* Competence in referring technical issues to second-line support when necessary.
Technical Knowledge
* Solid understanding of:
* Windows OS.
* Office 365.
* Basic IT fundamentals.
* Networking.
* PC hardware.
* Preferable knowledge of Active Directory.
IT Service Management
* Knowledge of best practices for IT-service management.
