Mission
Our partner is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to strengthen its Maintenance Department. The role focuses on ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of production and utility equipment in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate has a strong electromechanical background, hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, and the ability to work in a GMP context.
* You ensure the reliability, availability, and optimal performance of production and utility equipment in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
* You carry out and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment such as reactors, pumps, compressors, HVAC systems, and utilities.
* You diagnose and resolve electromechanical, electrical, and mechanical failures in a timely and efficient manner.
* You analyze recurring breakdowns and propose sustainable technical and reliability improvements.
* You participate in the definition, implementation, and optimization of preventive maintenance plans.
* You coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers to ensure quality and compliance of interventions.
* You support equipment installation, commissioning, and qualification activities.
* You ensure strict compliance with GMP, HSE, and internal procedures throughout maintenance activities.
* You maintain accurate technical documentation, maintenance reports, and performance indicators (KPIs).
* You collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and HSE teams and actively contribute to continuous improvement and reliability projects.
Profile
* You hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electromechanics, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent).
* You have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
* You have experience working in a pharmaceutical, chemical, or process industry environment, which is a strong asset.
* You are comfortable working in a GMP-regulated environment and strictly follow procedures and safety standards.
* You have good communication skills and are able to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
