Pharma Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Pharma Quality Assurance Manager to strengthen quality governance across international life-sciences activities. The role focuses on supporting multiple production sites and business teams involved in pharmaceutical, food supplement, cosmetic and wellness applications, with a strong emphasis on compliance, harmonization and pragmatic quality improvement.
Reporting to the Head of Quality Assurance, you will act as a reference person for Pharma and Food Supplement quality, supporting site QA teams on complex topics and representing the quality perspective in cross-functional and governance forums.
Experience in Regulatory Affairs is considered a strong advantage, allowing broader interaction with regulatory stakeholders and contribution to dossier-related activities.
Your Mission
In an international, multi-site environment, you will:
Ensure consistent and compliant application of pharma and food supplement quality standards
Support sites and teams on audits, inspections, regulatory topics and customer requirements
Drive harmonization of quality practices while maintaining a pragmatic and business-oriented approach
Key Responsibilities
Act as primary QA contact for several international production sites and product applications
Support site QA teams on complex topics including:
GMP compliance and inspections
Customer and certification requirements
Regulatory dossiers
CAPA, deviation and change management
Contribute to quality governance, representing QA in management meetings, site forums and customer interactions
Lead or contribute to strategic quality projects, ensuring transparency, progress tracking and timely escalation
Provide cross-functional QA support to R&D, Marketing and Business Development
Support implementation of harmonized quality standards and contribute to CSR-related quality initiatives
Act as backup for other QA management roles and, upon delegation, for the Head of QA
