Job Title: Business Growth Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Manager to support our commercial expansion across multiple fronts. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, managing investor and customer pipelines, and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the investor, partner, and customer pipeline
- Develop and follow up on key leads, new investor approaches, and customer interactions
- Organize and streamline commercial and market intelligence, and manage the company's CRM system
- Assist in marketing communications, business planning, and supply chain coordination
- Build a solid understanding of our products, markets, and company dynamics
Requirements:
- A strong communicator with persuasive presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and 'can-do' mentality
- Passionate about sustainability and innovation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing
- 3–5 years of experience in a commercial or account management role is a plus
