We are currently looking for a Management Assistant for one of our clients, situated in Leuven. You will be offering proactive administrative support to the team, the director, fellow, and program manager. Your main tasks will be managing visit and travel logistics, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring the efficient coordination of day-to-day operations.
