Are you an organized, hands‑on professional with experience in admin and procurement?
Join a growing international production company in a temporary role until the end of July to support their key purchasing and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you ensure accurate data management and reliable supply for operations. You will:
* Manage contracts, purchase prices, and master data in SAP.
* Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on invoice discrepancies and PO price updates.
* Plan contract volumes with Supply Chain, suppliers, and the category manager.
* Monitor contract coverage of critical raw materials and act when needed.
* Support planning teams in supplier communication to guarantee supply.
* Provide regular forecasts for suppliers or category managers.
* Represent Procurement in cross‑functional projects (R&D, Sales, Accounting, Production, Quality).
* Participate in process improvement initiatives.
* Lead supplier evaluations to enhance service levels.
Your Profile:
* You hold a bachelor’s degree and bring 1–5 years of relevant experience in procurement.
* You are fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
* You are proficient in MS Office, and experience with SAP is considered an asset.
* You work accurately, stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and adapt easily to changing priorities.
