DO SOMETHING AMAZING EVERY DAY – What you do every dayIn this key role, you are responsible for all operational processes within the store, ensuring smooth, efficient and customer-focused operations.Operations & ProcessesOrganising and optimising deliveries, goods flows and stockroom processesManaging replenishment, inventories, destocking and online deliveriesCoordinating the operational team on the sales floor and in the stockroomOptimising sales flows (fitting rooms, checkouts, customer & product journey)Analysing and resolving operational issuesImplementing and following up on corporate standards, projects and sustainable measuresAnalysing KPIs, shrinkage and productivity and translating them into concrete actionsWorking with business applications such as OP, MicroStrategy, Power BI and TillsPeople & PlanningPlanning and optimising daily and weekly schedules in collaboration with HRCoaching, training and developing employees and potential leadersOrganising daily operational planning and task prioritisationCreating training materials for local and (inter)national training sessionsProductPrioritising the right product at the right momentHaving insight into new collections and bestsellersWorking closely with the commercial team to align prioritiesCustomer ExperienceCollaborating with the CX team to ensure an excellent customer experienceManaging and supervising all customer journey touchpointsAnalysing customer data and adapting processes to customer expectationsActing as a role model in Welcome & Approach for the entire teamStore & ComplianceEnsuring compliance with ATS guidelines, health & safety and overall store safetyManaging maintenance, cleanliness and general store conditionOrdering and checking operational materialsMaintaining continuous communication with the Area Operations ManagerYou report directly to the Store Managers and the Area Operations Manager.
