Experience
You have at least 1 year of relevant experience in retail, successfully managing operational processes and teams
DO SOMETHING AMAZING EVERY DAY – What you do every day
In this key role, you are responsible for all operational processes within the store, ensuring smooth, efficient and customer-focused operations.
Operations & Processes
Organising and optimising deliveries, goods flows and stockroom processes
Managing replenishment, inventories, destocking and online deliveries
Coordinating the operational team on the sales floor and in the stockroom
Optimising sales flows (fitting rooms, checkouts, customer & product journey)
Analysing and resolving operational issues
Implementing and following up on corporate standards, projects and sustainable measures
Analysing KPIs, shrinkage and productivity and translating them into concrete actions
Working with business applications such as OP, MicroStrategy, Power BI and Tills
People & Planning
Planning and optimising daily and weekly schedules in collaboration with HR
Coaching, training and developing employees and potential leaders
Organising daily operational planning and task prioritisation
Creating training materials for local and (inter)national training sessions
Product
Prioritising the right product at the right moment
Having insight into new collections and bestsellers
Working closely with the commercial team to align priorities
Customer Experience
Collaborating with the CX team to ensure an excellent customer experience
Managing and supervising all customer journey touchpoints
Analysing customer data and adapting processes to customer expectations
Acting as a role model in Welcome & Approach for the entire team
Store & Compliance
Ensuring compliance with ATS guidelines, health & safety and overall store safety
Managing maintenance, cleanliness and general store condition
Ordering and checking operational materials
Maintaining continuous communication with the Area Operations Manager
You report directly to the Store Managers and the Area Operations Manager.
