We are supporting an international organization in the search for a Finance PMO to contribute to the delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives, with a focus on finance operations and shared service center integration.
Scope of the role
The Finance PMO will support the coordination and execution of multi-country projects, ensuring alignment between finance processes, systems, and organizational objectives. The role combines PMO governance with strong exposure to finance operations.
Key responsibilities
* Coordinate project activities across international teams, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and quality standards
* Support governance structures, including reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication
* Monitor financial and operational KPIs, budgets, and project milestones
* Contribute to the harmonization and optimization of finance processes (P2P / S2P)
* Facilitate collaboration between Finance, IT, and Operations teams
* Identify risks and support mitigation actions throughout the project lifecycle
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization
Profile
* Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
* Experience in finance operations (e.g. P2P, S2P, accounting, or controlling), ideally within a consulting or project-based environment
* Exposure to transformation projects, ERP implementations (SAP S/4HANA), or process optimization initiatives
* Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI)
* Ability to work in an international, cross-functional environment
* Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
* English: professional level
* French OR Dutch: native level
