Key Responsibilities Shape regulatory frameworks that benefit our members and remove barriers to innovation in healthcare delivery.
Lead flagship regulatory projects in Belgium and at European institutions, with a focus on expanding our health partner value proposition.
Build and maintain relationships with Belgian federal and regional health ministers, parliamentary health committees, and key civil servants.
Represent Alan 's interests in Belgian healthcare policy discussions and regulatory consultations.
Translate complex Belgian healthcare policies into actionable business strategies for Alan .
Prepare Alan leadership for engagement with Belgian media, politicians, and regulatory bodies.
Support internal teams in understanding Belgian regulatory requirements and compliance obligations.
Required Experience & Skills 7 to 10 years in public affairs, with deep expertise in healthcare, insurance and social protection systems.
Proven experience in one or more of the following: minister’s staff, head of public affairs in healthcare or insurance, senior position in public entities, parliamentary assistance, public affairs consultancy.
Expertise in health, insurance and social protection systems, mastering legislative and regulatory processes.
Strategic thinking, synthesis and simplification capabilities, project management and autonomous work.
Native-level French and/or Dutch, professional fluency in English.
Soft Skills High‑intensity, fast‑pace working environment aptitude.
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation expertise.
Rigour of reasoning and attention to detail.
