Your Role
We are seeking a Business Developer who combines commercial acumen with a passion and genuine care for customer success. In this leadership role, you’re responsible for steering the Training Business, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and growth.
You will work closely with our training coordinator and our team of internal trainers.
This role is at the heart of our mission to make GIS accessible, impactful, and transformative. You will be a trusted advisor, a knowledge builder, and a champion for customer success, enabling individuals, organizations, and students to unlock the full power of the Esri software and platform.
For our customers :
* Listen to, understand, and take care of our clients, identify their needs, and propose adapted training programs and learning tracks.
* Guarantee a unique, practical, and effective learning experience, and position it on the market together with our Marketing and Sales team.
* Promote the Esri Academy training within client networks and communities, in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
For schools and universities :
* Inspire students and teachers to discover the power of GIS and integrate it into their curriculum.
* Present our educational program, providing affordable access to the complete ArcGIS system.
* Identify educational needs and develop tailored offerings.
* Launch campaigns with Sales and Marketing to highlight GIS resources adapted to different learning styles.
* Offer internship opportunities within Esri BeLux.
For young graduates :
* Develop a Young Graduate Program, enabling ambitious talents to become GIS professionals.
* Accompany them throughout the program, offering a solid career start and opportunities for growth within Esri BeLux.
Your Profile
In this role, you bring:
* A sincere passion for GIS and the desire to help others create impact with the Esri software.
* Knowledge of GIS / ArcGIS ecosystem (ArcGIS fundamentals).
* Strategic thinking with a commercial awareness of how training supports growth.
* Professional enthusiasm, heart and genuine attention to the development of our clients, partners, and young talents.
* Result-oriented, pragmatic and an ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
