Jobomschrijving Own end-to-end programme delivery across web platform, middleware, ERP, PIM, CRM and DAM
Maintain full accountability for scope, timeline, budget, quality, and benefits realisation
Chair the Steering Committee and enable effective executive-level decision-making
Act as senior escalation point between business stakeholders and technology partners
Manage and challenge the system integrator on planning, estimates, and delivery quality
Enforce governance standards (PRINCE2) including stage gates and exception reporting
Drive clarity and execution across cross-functional workstreams (IT, Marketing, Operations)
Lead multi-country rollout strategy including readiness, UAT, go-live and hypercare
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and cost pressures and implement mitigations
