Responsibilities

* As part of the software sales team, you will lead and implement industry-focused, consultative and value-selling engagements (typically large enterprise-size companies) through productive business relationships with customers and prospects.
* Use appropriate methods, lead the formation and execution of a cohesive customer sales strategy, to drive the sales cycle and close the deals.
* Build trusted advisor status by communicating knowledgeably with the customer around business challenges and the value of our industrial software solutions to address such with appropriate Return on Investment justification.
* Provide accurate sales forecasting and planning
* Represent Siemens in accordance with our values and expectations
* Participate in (international) events both internal as well as external


Qualifications

* You will have a proven track record in successfully closing complex deals in a B2B environment, ideally within industrial software and ideally within the process industry.
* A passion for sales, with a “never give up” mentality.
* Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to understand and build long-term relationships with our key customers.
* Have an ability to have fun while exceeding your targets
* Excellent business communication skills
* Language skills Portuguese and English. Spanish would be desirable.
* Experience on Process Industries segments like O&G, Energy, P&P, M&M, Chem, and Pharma.
* Knowledge about Softwares COMOS, gPROMS, XHQ, SIWA and SIMIT would be desirable but not mandatory.
